In short. FounderScore is an AI system. Send /score followed by a 50–4,000 character startup description. AI generates the quick diagnostic with no human review. The free run is the quick diagnostic only, once per person per UTC day. A full PDF/PPTX review with an extended fix map is a separate paid $19 service via @hi_support_team. 1. Definitions

Service — the quick AI diagnostic through @FounderScore_bot and the separately arranged PDF/PPTX review.

User — a person who sends a startup description to the bot or provides material to support for a PDF/PPTX review.

Site — founderscore.pro and all of its pages.

Description — 50–4,000 characters sent after the /score command.

Review — the text result: a score, strengths, risk areas, investor questions and a next step.

2. What the service does

The public bot delivers an automated quick diagnostic from the description you send. One free quick run is available per person per UTC day. A full review is not included in the free run.

A PDF/PPTX review with an extended fix map costs $19 and is arranged via @hi_support_team. Scope, timing and any human-review component are confirmed before payment.

An AI language model generates the quick diagnostic with no human review. It uses only the text you provide: it does not search the internet about the project or verify statements against outside sources.

3. Cost and access

A Telegram account is required to use the bot; we do not ask for a phone number or email address. The personal free-run counter resets at 00:00 UTC. Under unusual load, the service may temporarily pause free diagnostics.

Nothing is charged silently. The $19 PDF/PPTX review is agreed through support before payment.

4. Timing

The quick diagnostic is usually ready in 3–7 minutes, but may take longer under load. Timing for a PDF/PPTX review is confirmed separately by support.

5. Input requirements

  • Quick diagnostic: 50–4,000 characters after /score.
  • Describe what you build, for whom, your evidence or traction, and how the business makes money.
  • A PDF/PPTX for the extended review is provided to support after the scope is agreed.
  • Do not provide personal or confidential data that is not needed for the review.

The user confirms that they are entitled to share the material they provide. We do not inspect it for that purpose.

6. The result and its nature

The quick diagnostic arrives as text in your chat with the bot. It is an informational first pass over the description you provided, not a company valuation, a business audit or due diligence.

The diagnostic is not investment advice and does not guarantee any fundraising outcome, investor meeting or other negotiation result. The score is an internal service scale and has nothing to do with the market valuation of the project.

7. Re-check

A repeat free quick diagnostic is available after the personal counter resets at 00:00 UTC. A full or repeat PDF/PPTX review is arranged and paid separately.

8. Limitation of liability

The quick diagnostic is generated automatically by a language model with no human review. Like any such tool it can miss a detail or interpret a phrase inaccurately. Treat it as a second opinion rather than as the truth.

Decisions about what to change in the deck, who to send it to and on what terms to raise money are the user's own. We are not liable for the consequences of those decisions, for lost profit, for an investor saying no, or for any other indirect losses.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control: failures at hosting providers, Telegram or the language model supplier. If something goes wrong, message us and we will sort it out manually.

9. Personal data

The site has no forms. With consent on English pages, Yandex Metrica and Webvisor process visit and technical session data, including a random identifier that links the site visit to a Telegram start. The /score text and bot messages are processed by the bot and language model provider only to generate the diagnostic. Stored bot data and the attribution link are deleted through /delete followed by /delete_confirm. Material sent separately to support for a PDF/PPTX review is deleted on request to @hi_support_team.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms — if limits, formats, timings or the cost change, for example. The version in force is always published on this page.
